Election of Officers

• The Chapter will hold elections of Officers and Board Members in November/December every other year to be effective January 1st of the following year.
• All members in good standing with current paid membership will have one vote to be counted toward the election of a nominated officer
• All Officers and Board Members must be nominated by the membership.

Nominations were previously being accepted for our 2020 – 2021 Board Members.

Election Timeline

Nomination Acceptance Form: November 25, 2019 to November 27, 2019
Candidate Information Form: Due on or before December 2, 2019
OCCAPA Election Guide: November – OCCAPA Notice
Voting: extended to 12/17/2019
Election Results Released: January – OCCAPA Notice (Jan, 2020)
