OCCAPA awarded the 2013 NPW National Education Champion

The OCCAPA, part of Region 3 was awarded the 2013 NPW National Education Champion. The region consists of 19 chapters in California. Region 3 had the most volunteers who taught the Money Matters National Education Day curriculum to more than 600 students.
